Please note that we have introduced a new improved system for ordering your acute and repeat prescriptions online called EMIS Patient Access.

Please contact reception to get set up with username and password.

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • multicolour_pillsBy telephone - call 0141 959 6311 (Dumbarton Road) or 0141 339 2469 (Laurel Street).
  • In person - put a request sheet into the repeat prescription box at the main entrance to the surgery.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.
  • Online - ask a member of staff to register you for online access .

Acute Prescriptions

If you require a prescription that you have had before but that is not on repeat, for example an antihistamine for hayfever, you can still request on line by asking for it in the comments box in EMIS Patient Access.  Please ask for the medication and what you need it for.

Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

If you require a prescription same day please speak to our administration staff who will take more details from you.
